Centennial Park House
Bourke St House
This is a major alterations and additions to a house with the front
elevation and garage heritage listed. A double height glazed family
room was added to the rear of the house and the living areas of the
house were reorganised to overlook the rear garden and existing pool.
The new family room faced north, and was protected from the sun by operable
glass louvers with a screen print pattern. Due to the heritage of the
garage, it could not be altered, so a new double storey garage with
car-lift was added behind the existing garage.
